Shipping Time
Orders are shipped from Superior, CO. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 business days of being placed. We will notify you within 24 hours if items you ordered are out-of-stock. We do not ship to APO or FPO addresses.

Orders are shipped regular UPS ground.
Expedited shipping is available on review at checkout.

Cancellations
Order cancellation can only be made before shipment.
Once shipment occurs, the return policy is in effect.
Backorders
At checkout you will have three choices:

(Backorders usually ship within 7-14 business days)

Ship the in-stock items immediately, and then cancel the rest of the order.

Wait until all items are available, and then ship the complete order.
