Is your payment system secure?

Absolutely. All orders are processed through Authorize.net payment gateway, and all data transfers are encrypted for your protection.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship only to the United States and Canada.

How do you ship and how long will it take to get my merchandise?

Domestic orders ship within 1 to 3 business days from the date of your order via US Priority mail. Delivery time is anywhere from 2 to 6 business days depending on where you are located. Shipments to Canada are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail and take between 10 and 14 days to arrive after they ship.

Do you have an online virtual dressing room?….or how about a size chart?

American Apparel shirts run a bit smaller than other brands. If you are debating between sizes, we suggest you go larger. They also may shrink a bit on the first washing. See the sizing charge link at the bottom of this page or the bottom of each product page.

How much will shipping set me back?

Shipping in the US is 4.95 for the first item and 1.00 for each additional item. Shipping to Canada is 9.00 for the first item and 1.00 for each additional item.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly do an exchange for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Because our products are limited edition, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to exchange for the exact same design. We will also provide a full refund or exchange if there is something wrong with the product you receive.

I have a retail store and would like to carry your products. Do you distribute through retail stores?

We’re flattered, but because of our limited print runs, the answer is currently no. There is some loose talk around here about creating a separate limited edition line for retail stores. How often do you offer new shirts?

New shirts will be offered every 4 months. More frequently if necessary. Go ahead and pick one up before it’s extinct. We’ll design more.

What are Charity Designs?

Whenever we are able, we will offer shirts designed to give back. A portion of the profit from these shirts will be donated to charity. Charities will always be listed in the details section for that particular product.

Why should I become a member?

There are a few perks to membership. First of all, we can keep you informed when we have new designs available, but more importantly, you will get first crack at new shirts. Each time we release a new design, it will be available to members only for a limited time before we make it available to the rest of the solar system. Frequently, the price will be lower during this “members only” period. Also, from time to time we will have special pricing, offers, and perks that only members will enjoy.
