All orders come with Free Ground Shipping* for items shipped within the Continental United States. All others will be sent via UPS ground* service and will have a shipping fee (Chart Below). If you want to use another shipping method, please use the table below for shipping costs.

We do not refund on shipping for any TriLyfe.com order. If your Return order was shipped free of charge we reserve the right to deduct the amount of the cost of shipping from the customer’s refund. If you were shipped Ground, the refund to TriLyfe.com will be $9.99 the cost for us to ship, if your order was shipped via Second Day Air, free of charge the refund to TriLyfe.com will be $14.99 the cost for us to ship. If the order was shipped Next Day Air free of charge the refund to TriLyfe.com will be $29.99 the cost for us to ship. This policy applies to all orders that are returned for Exchange, Refund or Store Credit.
*Promotional Shipping
If there is a promotion and our website indicates for e.g. "Free 2nd Day Air", you can expect the promotional shipping even if stated otherwise. Sometimes the promotion may not be reflected in the shopping cart when checking out but rest assure that we will manually apply the shipping promotion if valid.
Please note: that international orders are subject to additional handling charges, higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, import duties and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International rates may change depending on the country we are shipping too. If the rate is different we will notify you before charging and shipping the item for approval. Customer is responsible for all customs and any rate changes.
